Who runs this site
This website belongs to Loren Ullom's Computer Help, a computer repair service in Babson Park, Florida. Questions about this policy can go to lullom@luchelp.com.
What the site collects and why
Contact form: when you send a message, Loren receives the name, email address, phone number (if you include one), and message you typed. He uses it only to reply to you and to help with your computer.
The form delivers to his inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. If you contact him directly by text, phone, or email, he keeps the conversation for as long as it is useful to the work.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. This data is not used to identify individuals, and the site runs no advertising.
Cookies
The site itself does not need cookies to work. Cookies come from Google Analytics (described above) and from Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that keeps automated spam out of the contact form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, and you can always reach Loren by text or email instead.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection details such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the services named above (Resend, Google Analytics, Cloudflare), each of which processes it to provide its service, and otherwise only where the law requires.
Your choices
Email Loren to ask what he holds about you from this website, or to have a message deleted. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, Google offers a free opt-out browser add-on.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
